The project was very well managed again using professional tools to track progress and relevant KPIs. The design of the site was beautiful and artistic. Our project was a massive undertaking including a complete overhaul and site redesign for our companies rebranding. After extensive research, we settled on Web Theory designs to build a custom WordPress template. Throughout the process the team was incredibly flexible, highly communicative and organized and above all, patient. Change is difficult enough in our company but in addition to the growing pains, we started this project right before the pandemic so there were quite a few hurdles to overcome on our end to say the least. Luis and his team were kind, patient and attentive, even as our project dragged beyond our original deadline due solely to issues on our end. The level of communication and response time from Web Theory surpassed all expectations. In the end we have a beautiful website and continuous support even though the project is over. I cannot recommend Web Theory designs enough.

Luis is excellent at his craft. He knows what he is doing, which is actually quite rare these days. He is always calm and never gets frustrated by changes. Furthermore, he takes on challenges with grace and professionalism. There are a bunch of "web design" experts, but most of them can't execute. Luis backs up what he says with real action. Highly recommend Luis and his team at Web Theory Designs. We will continue to work with Luis for a long time.
