Completely dissatisfied with the landing page created by Linear. The quality was low, and I'd be better off using a pre-made template. I will be requesting a refund.
Linear Design claims to be experts, but my experience was the opposite. I constantly had to provide them with instructions on how to complete even basic tasks. They were very inefficient, overcharged for their services, and ultimately messed up my landing page — which cost me a significant number of leads. They had promised to credit me for this mistake, but never followed through. I ended up canceling my contract and moving to another company that charges one-third of the price and delivers leads at half the cost. I do not recommend doing business with this company.
I've worked with a few agencies during my tenure as a marketing leader... none have been able to deliver so far as what Linear has accomplished. Specifically Brock. He is communicative, knowledgeable, and deeply strategic. He understands our business and has aligned with our goals.
