I hired Upward Engine to build a new website and improve my online presence\. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing\. The biggest issue has been the constant delays\. After Rob was no longer with the company, the project seemed to lose momentum\. What I expected to be a straightforward website build turned into repeated delays, missed timelines, and a lack of consistent communication\. I found myself having to repeatedly follow up just to keep the project moving\. To this day, my website is still not complete\. Despite that, Upward Engine moved forward with launching the website live before all of the agreed\-upon work had been finished\. That was frustrating, as it gave visitors an incomplete representation of my business and created unnecessary stress trying to address issues after the site was already public\.
