DONT BELIEVE THE GUARANTEE!!!!! This was a horrible experience that produced negative results. When we were cold-called, my prior experience with marketing firms kicked in my skepticism. One phrase that was repeated to me over and over was “money-back guarantee.” I told them that if they were willing to put their money where their mouth was, I would sign. Well, the final contract did not represent their promise or my understanding of that guarantee. They also had my project manager sign the contract rather than me. I gave them the full 90 days to prove their worth. During that period, we received over 60 leads. Most were irrelevant, unreachable, or contained inaccurate information. Of those leads, we were able to make contact with no more than three legitimate prospects who were actually interested in our services. At the end of our 90-day period, I pulled the plug and requested a refund. They denied ever saying “money-back guarantee,” refused any type of refund, and have since completely ignored my emails and phone calls. My experience has left me with the impression that this company values profit far more than integrity or standing behind the promises made to its customers. Ultimately, I feel I was misled into spending $8,000 on a service that failed to deliver the results that were represented to me. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

My experience does not reflect their media or marketing capabilities, as the interaction did not progress that far. Unfortunately, it ended at the initial sales outreach. I was contacted via text by one of their representatives, Natasha. The message contained several grammatical errors and typos but requested a quick phone call, which I agreed to. When I sought clarification about switching from a phone call to a Zoom meeting, the consultant abruptly responded that she had never spoken with me before. The tone quickly shifted and became unprofessional, resulting in an unnecessarily negative exchange. Based on this interaction, I did not move forward with their services.
Several months working with this team and it’s been even better than I anticipated. I even showed up less prepared than I’d like to admit to one of our video sessions, but they helped me improvise and when I got the footage back I was shocked. Some how they pulled together amazing content. It was more than expected. They’ve gone above and beyond to utilize our start up marketing budget to the max.
I would not be in business unless it was for Midas Media!! Aiden and his marketing team has brought in at least 70% of my business leads and it continues to increase. Working with Midas Media to create a long form commercial and short forms for social media was an absolutely awesome experience from start to finish.
