We worked with 360 Elevated for about one year. They seemed nice and competent initially. We paid fully for an out-dated looking website. Our internal staff changed so we switched from a monthly retainer plan to an hourly plan. They agreed to it but they didn’t liked it so they set out to punish us for it. They billed an outlandish additional amount and we ended up in a dispute over it. We attempted to resolve it with them. Rather than work with us to resolve and compromise, they held the website hostage and refused to finish it or make corrections, same as another review below. They hosted the website and had access to all accounts which they used maliciously in ways I’ve never seen before. We ended up having to recreate the website, which we did for half the price and achieved a much better result. Others have had a different experience with them but this was ours.

At first I was skeptical that hiring a marketing agency was the way to go.
