We recently went live with Hubspot (primarily Sales hub enterprise + Marketing hub enterprise) after a five-month implementation with New Breed. We are still in the stabilization period of our launch, but so far, the project has been a success. We are coming from Salesforce & Pardot, which has been a challenging transition in many ways, but New Breed has helped us reach parity with our old system for our most critical CRM processes. Our project lead, Wayne K., has been a dedicated and committed team member throughout this journey. He enthusiastically steps in to help solve problems in whatever capacity is needed, as we need it. We never have to worry about emails or messages being ignored. His knowledge of Hubspot is broad and he makes an effort to steer us towards standard solutions and best practices — to try to help us get the most out of the system — but also understands that there are parts of our business that are better served by creative or custom solutions. Although we are still in the crawl stage of our launch, I believe we will end up a stronger company as a result of our CRM project and our collaboration with New Breed.
