Pet Bowl Stands Category Overview

The Pet Bowl Stands category, identified by the ID 8513, falls under the path Animals & Pet Supplies > Pet Supplies > Pet Bowl Stands. It is a specific taxonomy level intended for structures designed to elevate feeding bowls for pets.

What Belongs in This Category

This category is designated for elevated feeding systems that physically raise a pet's food or water dish off the ground. Based on examples from the US market, this includes items such as:

Adjustable height feeding stations.
Elevated feeders featuring integrated storage compartments.
Raised platforms crafted from wood, iron, or plastic.
Double or single diner sets with stainless steel bowls.
Raised stands designed for ceramic or glass pet dishes.

What Does Not Belong Here

Do not place general feeding equipment here if it lacks a stand or elevation feature; these belong in Pet Bowls, Feeders & Waterers. Items designed to store food without an elevated bowl feature belong in Pet Food Containers. Additionally, individual mats meant to sit under bowls are classified as Pet Bowl Mats, while pet furniture or climbing structures belong in other specific pet supply categories.

Feed Implementation

You can populate the google_product_category attribute using either the numeric ID 8513 or the full path Animals & Pet Supplies > Pet Supplies > Pet Bowl Stands. Providing this value is optional but highly recommended to ensure Google correctly categorizes your items compared to the automated, and often less accurate, assignment.
