What Belongs in This Category
This category includes items intended to reinforce desired animal behaviors or manage house-training processes. Based on observations from the US market, this includes:

- Interactive treat-dispensing devices that reward training success.
- Specialized training solutions and house-breaking aid sprays.
Exclusions and Neighboring Categories
Do not place general supplies here if they fit into more specific neighboring categories. For example, animal grooming tools belong in Pet Grooming Supplies, and basic pet leashes or harnesses belong in Pet Leashes or Pet Collars & Harnesses respectively. If your product is a medical collar used for injury recovery, categorize it under Pet Medical Collars instead of training aids.
Using Subcategories
If your items fall specifically under Pet Training Pads, Pet Training Pad Holders, Pet Training Sprays & Solutions, or Pet Training Clickers & Treat Dispensers, select these subcategories to ensure the highest level of granularity for Google's algorithms.
Feed Implementation
In your feed, provide the attribute google_product_category as either 505314 or the full string: Animals & Pet Supplies > Pet Supplies > Pet Training Aids. While optional, providing this path prevents Google from miscategorizing your items and ensures your products appear in relevant shopping search queries effectively.
