Poker & Game Tables Category Overview

The Poker & Game Tables category, identified by the numeric ID 2693, is located within the Google product taxonomy under Furniture > Tables. This specific classification is designed for furniture pieces engineered primarily for card games, board games, or dedicated casino-style gaming sessions at home.

Products Included in This Category

This category encompasses dedicated gaming furniture. Based on examples from the US market, this includes professional-grade stationary poker tables, folding tabletop game mats, octagon-shaped card tables, and versatile board game tables designed for home entertainment areas. Whether the item is a full-sized permanent piece or a portable folding unit designed specifically for gameplay, it belongs here.

Exclusions and Neighboring Categories

Do not place general-purpose furniture in this category. Items such as standard Kitchen & Dining Room Tables, simple Accent Tables, or basic Folding Tables belong to their respective categories under Furniture > Tables. Similarly, Sewing Machine Tables, Kotatsu, Nightstands, and Activity Tables are distinct categories. If a table is not specifically marketed or constructed for poker or card-based games, it should be mapped to a more appropriate, general furniture classification to ensure correct visibility in search results.

Category Assignment Details

To assign this category in your product feed, use the numeric ID 2693 or the full path string: Furniture > Tables > Poker & Game Tables. While providing this attribute is optional, explicit categorization prevents Google from misidentifying your specialized gaming furniture as standard dining or utility tables.
