Backrest Pillows Category Overview
The Backrest Pillows category (ID: 4456) is located under Home & Garden > Decor > Backrest Pillows. This classification is designed specifically for support pillows intended for upright reading or lounging, providing structural support for the back and arms.
What Belongs in This Category
This category is meant for products designed specifically to provide back and arm support while sitting up in bed or on a floor. Examples from the US market include reading pillows with attached armrests, plush bed rest cushions, shredded memory foam backrests, and structured wedge-style reading pillows. Products here typically feature a firm construction to maintain shape during use.
What Does Not Belong Here
If your product is a decorative throw pillow or a general cushion, it likely belongs in the Throw Pillows category instead. Items such as seat cushions for dining chairs or ottomans belong to Chair & Sofa Cushions or Ottoman Cushions. Similarly, pillows meant for sleep, such as standard bed pillows, do not fit here and should be categorized appropriately based on their primary function. Do not use this category for headboards or other furniture pieces.
