About Poker Chip Accessories
The Poker Chip Accessories category (ID: 7383) is specifically designated for items designed to house, transport, or organize gambling tokens. This category resides under Toys & Games > Games and is intended for functional storage solutions rather than the gaming sets themselves.
What Belongs in This Category
This category encompasses specialized organizational hardware for casino-style chips. Based on examples from the US market, this includes:
- Acrylic or plastic trays designed for stacking chips.
- Locking covers for chip racks to prevent loss or damage.
- Portable carriers or organizers for transporting chip sets.
- Individual holders designed for single high-value tokens.
- Metal or aluminum storage cases for large collections.
If your product is purely meant to organize or display poker chips, it belongs here. These items must be distinct from the games themselves to ensure correct Google Shopping categorization.
What Does Not Belong Here
Do not use this category for the actual gambling equipment. Items such as complete Poker Chips & Sets, Blackjack & Craps Sets, Roulette Wheels & Sets, or Slot Machines should be placed in their own specific categories. Additionally, generic storage boxes not specifically built for chips belong in home organization categories, while generic card storage falls under Card Game Accessories.
Using Subcategories
You should prioritize the subcategory Poker Chip Carriers & Trays when your product specifically functions as a portable container or a tray-based storage rack for chips.
