I was very interested in using this company, they ask for email and cell right away before you can even really get any basics. Since giving them my email, EVERY DAY I get emails that say something like ‘ email us back with questions’ ; I have sent several emails and texts asking for basic information, and never not once have I gotten a response.
Do not work with this company. They promise a lot during their sales meeting to win your business and it is a very promising story, but they do not deliver. They have very limited staff who do not have time to get you properly trained on the way they do "Go High Level". The coach you are assigned has very little time to be able to coach or work with your employees. I was promised I would be able to run 2 ads, and they never delivered on them. They do not like getting any feedback on their processes. I asked for a call back from anyone other than our coach, and no one from the company reached out for an entire week. Very disappointed. They show a bunch of professional-looking ads during the initial sales call but the ads they run are very amateurish and some are very dated. For example; with claims that were for a different device and incorrect data for the device we own.
We have been using Med Spa Marketing for a few months now and our team is so happy with their work. Sales have doubled!
