I hired North American Advertising for one of my AI automation clients hoping to scale faster. We worked with them for about 2.5 months (February 9th through April 22nd) and spent around $2,363 total on ads. End result: no sales, no booked appointments, basically no ROI. We got 29 leads total, but some were duplicates, so realistically around 24 real leads. Out of those 24, only 2 were even somewhat qualified. Average cost per lead was around $100, which would’ve been fine if the leads were actually good, but most were terrible — people looking for jobs, bad numbers, or completely unqualified. We followed up hard too, so this wasn’t a lead handling issue on our side. Towards the end, after seeing basically no progress for over 2 months, we lowered the daily spend from about $33/day to $25/day just to stop burning money. Yes, that could’ve affected results slightly, but by that point there really wasn’t anything showing signs of working anyway. The biggest issue is that NAA feels extremely cookie-cutter. Their strategy is basically: * price transparent offer * high intent lead form * run ads That’s pretty much it. The ads, scripts, and creatives felt very generic. Nothing really felt customized or optimized to actually convert. It honestly felt more like they were just “doing the work” instead of trying to get actual results. Another thing that frustrated me was the lack of real guidance or strategy. I’d ask questions like: * “Should we lower budget if this isn’t working?” * “Should we change the ad creative or copy?” And most of the responses were basically: “Sure, if you want to.” That was frustrating because I hired them for expertise and direction. I wasn’t looking for someone to just ask me what I wanted to do — I wanted actual recommendations based on what works. To be fair, Joe was cool, Nina was nice, and the team overall was friendly. They did technically do what they said they would do — they ran ads. But if your goal is actual ROI, conversions, and growth, I personally would not recommend them based on my experience.

Beyond terrible. Wasted tens of thousands marketing photos when I requested videos. Did this for months and refused to stop. Canceled/didnt show up for meetings. Claimed it was going “great” when they spent more on the cost of customers than my profit. Lost money… somehow made my sales tank about 60% from no marketing. If you want someone who won’t listen, spend your money, no show meetings, and tell you things are great when they loose you money these are your people. Happy to show proof to anyone interested.
