Horrible experience with this company and firm. They totally botched a social media campaign which had specific goals and failed to deliver on time as promised. The expensive cost also does not justify at all the low-quality service I received. In the end, I had to procure outside services to fix the mess they created and restore my social media presence as a business. Maybe next time hire more diligent staff who actually know what is relevant for a particular business and not just spew catch phrases to sell your services to unsuspecting business owners. Very disappointed.
