🚨 Our experience with JobNimbus Marketing was frustrating. The process felt very hands-off on their end, and we often had to follow up multiple times just to get updates. The marketing materials and campaigns felt cookie-cutter rather than tailored to our company. For a service that’s supposed to help grow your business, it felt like we were doing more of the work than they were.
If you have never had a marketing firm you’ll love them. If you know anything about quality marketing you will not, you will be a cog in a wheel with pre packaged, off the shelf marketing; not have your emails answered within a reasonable timeline, have multiple account managers due to turnover, be argued with when you bring up quality deliverables , have a website with constant and obvious edits needed from lack of quality work…..We took our issues to upper management and eventually the CEO which didn’t go anywhere because he was fired. This firm has overgrown itself and quality work and customer service is not a part of their strategy. They were a good firm until they were acquired and are not worth your time or money.

To say Roofer Marketers has been a huge disappointment is an understatement. After months of dumping money into this company we have hardly anything to show for it. It was ok the first month with a strong fall off immediately after. Not only did they appoint us an inexperienced account manager that sabotaged our targeting locations, they also failed to deliver anything that was promised. We went multiple months with little to no work was being accomplished and had to point it out multiple times in order to get anything out of them. Upon speaking with upper management in hopes to resolve this, we have been given the run around while our company continues to suffer. Be extremely selective with the marketing company you hire, don’t make the same mistake we did by hiring Roofer Marketers.
We made a huge mistake by trusting Roofer Marketers with our company. We strive to provide our customers with excellent care and when we drop the ball, we own it. I feel the need to tell anyone with their own company to be very selective with any company they outsource. The complete lack of quality control will eventually bleed through, I hope you don’t make the same mistake that we did. Coming from a reputation they have, you’d think they would care about their customers as well. The one good thing I can say is Liv did an outstanding job with what she was provided, however her leadership failed to provide her with the time it takes to clean up someone else’s mess.
