I’ve been working with Ryan and his team on my websites, and I’ve had a great experience with them. What I appreciate most is that Ryan actually takes the time to understand what I’m trying to accomplish with my businesses instead of just building a website and disappearing. He’s been patient with all of my changes, ideas, and questions throughout the process. Communication has always been good, and whenever I’ve needed something adjusted or had a new idea, he has been willing to work with me and figure out the best way to make it happen. I’m also continuing to work with him on SEO and growing my online presence long term. Building a business online takes time, and it’s important to have someone you trust and can continue working with as things grow. Total amount paid for lifetime hosting: $2000.00 I had already paid this company for hosting in the past. 3/10/25 I was told by Oscar Steve my hosting was expiring and I needed a new package. This was the above amount I paid for new lifetime hosting with this company. I was a Dedicated Hosting Plan given to me for the above price discounted $500. Total plan was $2500.00. On 3/17/25 my website was up with email and functioning properly. On 3/18 Oscar recommended social media marketing for $500/month and I declined. On 3/9/25 I was told by Oscar that I needed to convert my website to an ecommerce platform and add my products and integrate the payment merchant so I could get pain online. I again declined this suggestion. On 6/26/25 Oscar wanted to discuss my marketing plan and was asked if I am making sales. Then he said his team mentioned an issue on my website being at high risk for payment breach as it is not PCT compliant. He stated we needed to take immediate action to rectify the issue and securing payments for customers paying via my website. I had already decline selling products on my website earlier. I had to keep telling him I don't take payments via my website. Oscar then asked again if I had made any decisions on marketing strategy. I told him no not at this time. On 5/26/26 He reached out and I didn't respond to him. These are all texts that I have copies of if needed. On 6/9/26 He reached out again telling me my hosting is about to expire and needed renewal. My hosting renews automatically via Square annually. On 6/10/26 Jason with Elite Pro Website reached out to me telling me my domain was going to expire and asking if I wanted him to renew it and I told him that I had talked to Oscar about this and he said it may be an honest mistake in the record. On 6/24/26 Kevin Reed reached out to me from the Network Engineering team at American Digital Agency saying there is a scheduled maintenance and they needed to migrate my website to a different server. (UPDATE) Im glad to provide this update on this company. Oscar reached out to me and we had a phone conversation about the issue with my website being taken down and steps that would be taken to resolve this matter. He made a lot of other promises to me that I will see if they come to fruition. The most important thing is my website is currently back up and running. He made sure my email issue was fixed as well. I couldn’t be more excited to have my website up. As a consumer we want what we pay for and no issues. If they arise then fix it. I want to thank Oscar for working diligently to get my website back up. I look forward to continuing our relationship with no more issues as this one.
Working with the team to build my website was an incredibly seamless experience from start to finish. The end result is a beautiful website that perfectly reflects my brand (I am an event artist that collaborates with high profile clients and brands and so design elements were of the utmost importance) while also providing the functionality I was looking for. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. One of the things I’ve appreciated most is the ongoing support. This company promises much and delivers very little. They did not perform the services agreed to and specified in their initial marketing agreement and got very behind with their contract timeline. They kept trying to upsell us and increase our cost to perform the same work specified in the original contract. They created shoddy ads, a dysfunctional website and poor marketing videos that were so bad they were unusable. They were also very rude and evasive to questions asked when we tried to get them to make corrections and asked them how they were spending time on our account.
I started a payroll and inventory management web portal with American Dogital Agency 6 months ago. Through out they have been professional and helping during the web development phase kept everything transparent. They completed the website within timeline. I highly recommend American Digital Agency! Very professional and dedicated team
