My wife and I reached out to Flamingo Theory last year for help with our business website and social media. The initial phone call went well, we discussed our needs and expectations, and Eric was professional and thorough. We were told we would receive a proposal within three to four weeks. Unfortunately, it has now been six months and we never received a quote, follow-up, or any communication. What’s more concerning is that our neighbors, who also run a small business, had a very similar experience, an exploratory call followed by a promise of package options within a few weeks, and then no follow-up. We understand that not every project is the right fit, but clear communication goes a long way. Even a brief email declining the project would have been appreciated. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.

I really appreciate is that they don’t try to chase every sale or push something that isn’t the right fit. They’re honest about when it makes sense to work together and when it doesn’t, which built my trust. It’s clear they care more about doing great work with the right clients than just checking boxes.
